We picked 9 am, expecting all offered start times were OK. At 9 pm the night before, the tour company confirmed a 9 am start, but said 6 or 7 am would be better. By then we had paid for an expensive breakfast but said we could do 8. Despite a reply of "okay," the tour company did not tell the driver, who came at 9 am. We drove 9 am - 2 pm, toured 2 -…”
